Paul Zindel, The Pigman

WIFE KNOWS EVERYTHING.
I read this book in middle school. It was one of those books we had to read for English, like Lord of the Flies.
I still remember reading this book more than 20 years later because it made a big impact on me. Back then I was still reading Goosebumps and The Babysitter’s Club for leisure reading, and I remember thinking Pigman being a heavy read. I suppose you could say this was like a book club book for me–I never would have chosen to read it on my own, but I’m glad that I did.
